The staff were cute. I especially appreciated the free coffee. the location near masjid jamek station aided my travels around the city. nearby, i found many options for dining. the rooftop offered city views, a nice bonus.

the hotel is very near the lrt station, thus navigating the city was very simple. several landmarks were also within walking distance, made exploring convenient. the central market was just a short stroll away.

The staff were helpful. They gave me a free upgrade so I could check in early. The location is close enough to the center for walking. The room was functional and provided a bed to sleep in.
The room lacked windows as mentioned in the listing. I could not even get phone network reception in the room. The sheets did not appear clean. The walls were dirty.

The rooftop terrace provided a great view. I found the location very convenient to various destinations. Free water refills were a great advantage.
The room was smaller than my initial expectations. I noticed the absence of game night activities. There was excessive noise from the street and passing trains.
